The “Barbie” movie has sparked discussions about the social dynamics tied to the modern feminine archetype, showcasing both positive and cringeworthy aspects.
We’ve all felt it: that twinge of jealousy or flare up of heat that rises within when we see another woman succeed. For me, it’s followed immediately by shame – because I “should” know better than to feel triggered into inadequacy or competitiveness by the shine of another. But quickly, that’s met with forgiveness, empathy and gratitude. I know this path of self growth and self awareness (even at the expense of my fragile ego), is one that I’ve chosen. And I see the lessons in my everyday life that remind me that I’ve still got a lot of learning and growing to do.
When I feel competition and comparison flare up, it invites further exploration of where the feelings of inadequacy and self worth live within me, and where I can still excavate further to heal and let go. It’s an ongoing process, this self awareness and healing through those insights. And it’s a pathway that leads to more and more expansion into the beautiful life that I know I have the capacity to create….. One where celebration for others successes is an automatic and authentic emotion. Abundance flows in every direction, and celebrating others’ success ignites a powerful force within. I’m almost there. When we can live in joy of another living their best life, we enter the quantum realm of possibilities where “that which is like unto itself is drawn.”
Let’s let go of competition and conflict over scarcity mindset, that if your fellow woman earns a raise or gets the guy or wins the race…. She somehow has threatened, or overtaken or claimed something that was meant for you.
My higher self knows:
- This world is limitless and full of overflowing abundance at every corner.
- It feels GOOD to celebrate & recognize others living their best life.
- Someone else’s success does not equate to my failure.
- And furthermore, when I can celebrate her victory, I draw to myself the exact vibration of wealth and abundance right back to me.
- Love always prevails.
We live in a magnetic universe. Law of attraction is simply that: the ability we have (whether we’re conscious or not) to magnetize to us that which we’re emitting. Like attracts like. So let’s vibrate at the frequency of success, love, and boundless abundance. The law of attraction is our superpower, and we’re using it to create the vibrant, thriving lives we were destined to live. It’s really that simple.
