In cultivating unity and connection within ourselves, we also gather inspiration from investing in the world around us. When we give with a heart full of intentions to spread love and joy, we also receive in even greater fullness the gifts of reciprocation. Healing Sounds Series

This special series in collaboration with Mountain Town Music explores community connection and healing through the power of sound as a way of unifying, empowering and activating residents and visitors in Park City and Summit County toward a more grounded and mindful way of life.

Our mission is to utilize sound, frequency, dance, and other forms of musical expression to bring mental health advocacy, education, and awareness in order to foster community-wide wellness and healing. We strive to bring unifying and high impact experiences that invite participants to harness the power of sound and dance. These live events create safe spaces where radical vulnerability and sharing guide community members towards health, wellness, and leading fuller lives.

A portion of ticket sales are applied towards scholarships to support mental health and healing for underprivileged and marginalized individuals to access transformational programs offered by community collaborators such as Wild Women Tribe.

Female Founders Workshop

We’re all about fostering collaboration over competition with women in the business sphere. Every other Wednesday, we host a FREE 45 minute “speed drill” entrepreneurial drop in for local female founders. The accountability check in’s happen rain, snow, or shine, without RSVP and no matter the group size.

We make it quick and snappy (45 mins bi-weekly!)
We hold space for each other to be seen and heard
We talk through challenges — and triumphs — in a positive, no nonsense, motivated container
We even give ourselves homework. Relax… it’s fun and engaging like social media “Reels” practice.
We create a feedback loop of powerful momentum that elevates and reminds us that we are all BETTER TOGETHER.
And we are legit sounding boards for each other that result in better business practices and models that make a difference in how we operate as female founders.
