Because we are here to FEEL. Life on earth is for living fully and completely in the vessels that are our divine instruments: our BODIES. We get to experience the range of polarity that is the beauty of being a human here on earth. And through that, our capacity to hold volumes expands our vessels, grows us and stretches us so that we can live more and with greater depth.

Because here are some truths of this earth journey:

💥We are not defective. 
💥We are not wounded. 
💥We are not unhealed. 

Through every crack and fissure shines the light that is our inherent connection to our very essence. The light that creates and amplifies worlds. The love that exists beyond all measure.  

So run, play, fall down, dance, cry, express and feel. Feel all of it. Because it’s our birthright. We are right where we need to be. In perfect timing. With every heartbreak, triumph, ecstatic bliss happening FOR us in the beauty of this gorgeous experience we call life.   

Be here now. And be the light. Amid the darkness, messiness and contrast. And then rise.
