MEET YOUR RETREAT FACILITATORS:

RENEE HUANG :: CONSCIOUS COMMUNICATION & POWER OF WORDS WORKSHOPS
As a lifelong storyteller with a background in journalism and communications, Reneeโs journey has revolved around authentically connecting with people and teasing out their unique stories using written and spoken words.
Through her own life travels, she made her way from Canadian soil (where she was born and raised by Chinese immigrant parents) to Pacific Coastal Mexico, where she laid down roots and started a family. Her move to Utah in 2010 was accompanied by massive personal shifts that began a renewed curiosity for personal growth, transformation and self inquiry that led to the creation of Wild Women Tribe in 2018.
As the primary space holder for the retreat, Renee curates a container of inclusivity, compassion, abundant love and nurturing support that allows for women to step into discomfort and find lost parts of themselves that have been buried deep within layers of life, busy-ness, fear and avoidance. Tapping into all aspects of words and language, Renee leads NLP-style workshops that center around connection: to source, to self, and to each other as sisters journeying side by side along a beautiful, unfolding path back home.ย

MALLORY KINGย :: SOMATIC EMBODIMENT, YOGA & MOVEMENT
Mallory is a somatic movement guide, yoga teacher, and master reiki practitioner, and the creator of the Embody HER Experienceโa transformative practice that helps women reconnect with their bodies, their truth, and their wild feminine power. Her work lives at the intersection of sensual embodiment, emotional release, and playful self-expression.Elemental Harmony Registration
On the river, Mallory invites women to soften out of their heads and return fully to their bodies. Through vinyasa and nourishing yin yoga, guided meditation, hypnotic spiral techniques, sound therapy, and creative expression, she creates spaces where women feel safe to release what theyโve been holding and remember who they truly are.
Blending multiple healing modalities, Mallory helps participants move stuck energy, access deep inner wisdom, and reconnect with their most magnetic, authentic selves.
Her facilitation style is grounded yet playfulโequal parts soulful depth and feminine fire. Expect to breathe deeply, move freely, laugh loudly, cry a little, and leave feeling more alive in your body than you have in a long time.
Mallory believes the body is a portal, movement is medicine, and when women gather in nature, something powerful awakens.
