Wild Child by Wild Women Tribe engages grown ups and kids in mindful activities that encourage connection, exploration, openness and fun in the outdoors….with nature as the backdrop, we unleash our inner child together in play and togetherness.

Wild Child is geared towards not only parents, but other family members and adult role models who want to connect on a deeper, one-on-one level with the children in their lives. Each WANDER excursion lasts 4 hours, and will include an outdoor exploration component where we will discover, explore and adventure together outdoors while appreciating the beauty and wonder of Mother Nature.
A mindful burn ceremony teaches grown up / kid pairs how to release concepts that no longer serve them — literally by lighting them on fire and returning them to the earth! From there, the journey will return indoors for a creative or fitness based activity with a local collaborating coach or facilitator.

Wild Child by Wild Women Tribe engages grown ups and kids in mindful activities that encourage connection, exploration, openness and fun in the outdoors. The next Wild Child WANDER on Sun. March 1 from 12:30 pm to 4:30 pm is in partnership with Randi Jo Greenberg, who specializes in yoga for kids and teens, and takes place at The Shop Yoga Studio.
We take to the trails on a mindful snowshoe hike with some intention setting and role playing – and other unexpected fun along the way. A burn ritual anchors our time in the outdoors. After returning to the studio, Randi Jo leads a gentle restorative yoga session followed by a mindful eating workshop with gratitude practice. This is a suggested 11+ adventure, ideal for tweens and teens.
++Cost for each grown up / child duo is $150 and includes snowshoe rental, yoga class, light snack and mindful eating / gratitude workshop.
++A “Firestarter” kit (valued at $50) for each child participant is included. Each additional child joining an existing duo is $50. Two adults / two kids is $275 (savings of $25).
Register prior to February 14. Payment confirms registration. Room for 10 grown up/child duos. First come, first served.
