Mindful snowshoe + light lunch + Shamanic breath + movement journey + glass blowing class + NLP rewriting stories workshop

Kiss limiting beliefs goodbye and breathe new life into the oldest story in the book: YOUR story. Immerse yourself in the magic of Park City trails as we explore re-writing our own story and creating an empowered approach to our future with words.
We begin with a guided mindful hike that helps to ground us back to Mother Nature and reconnect to our purpose with the aid of on-trail visualization meditations and release exercises. Calling in the transformative element of fire, we then breathe our intentions into creation at Red Flower Studios, where we’ll each create our own unique blown glass ornament to take home while enjoying a light lunch workshop where we explore how to release old storylines and use the power of words to transform our past into a motivating and activating future.

We conclude with a breathwork + movement class at Enlighten Wellness led by Shamanic practitioner and yogi Anne Sargent. You’ll gain new momentum and fresh perspectives on the way language affects outlook, while receiving new tools to continue harnessing the power of words to reframe aspects of your life and create new intentions that serve, uplift and motivate you. Your story. Your choice. New, powerful you.
<<**$155 per person. Includes guided mindful snowshoe hike, Shamanic breath + movement class, light lunch, glass blowing class, NLP rewriting stories workshop! Open for 16 participants — first come, first served. This excursion starts at 9 am and concludes at 3:30 pm. Pre-register by Dec. 9. >>

“This experience was top notch. The hike was beautiful, supportive and mindful. The yoga was a great way to end the hike but continue the creativity flow. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was acceptance, gratitude, love, support and friendship. I will be attending another event for sure!”
