Mindful hike + sauna + cold plunge + intuitive anchoring workshop

This spring, you’re invited to root back home and anchor to your knowing. There comes a moment—often quietly, beneath the rhythm of caring for everyone else—when a woman feels the call to return. Not to who she was before motherhood, but to the deeper source of who she has always been.

We begin the day along the trails in Park City on a mindfulness journey to develop awareness of our senses, where each step brings you closer to the natural world and deeper into your own being. Tune into our body and mind with the aid of on-trail visualization meditations and release exercises. Surrounded by the shifting energies of the season, you’ll experience the calming, centering effects of nature, feeling each breath synchronize with the world around you.

Rooting to Self is a day designed to honor that return to YOU.
Through mindful wandering in nature, you step off the path of expectation and into presence—breathing, noticing, remembering your own rhythm. The body softens. The mind quiets. Space opens.
In the heat of the sauna and the clarity of the cold plunge, you meet yourself again at the edge—releasing what you’ve been holding, awakening what’s been waiting beneath the surface.
And then, gently, you root.
With hands in water, earth, and intention, you plant a living cutting—an extension of yourself. As it roots, so do you. Through sacred ritual, guided visualization, and written affirmation, you anchor the parts of you ready to come forward: your voice, your truth, your becoming.
You’ll leave with:
- A grounded, regulated nervous system—and a deeper connection to your body
- Clarity around the parts of you ready to be reclaimed and expressed
- A living reminder of your intention, rooted and growing alongside you (a plant cutting of your own!)
- A felt sense of returning home to yourself—steady, resourced, and renewed
This is not about becoming someone new. It is about creating the conditions to return home — and to stay anchored.
